For student-athletes & parents
Student-athletes and parents: find college coaches and get recruited.
Stop spending 20–40 hours building a target list from scratch. Searchable database of 1,000+ verified coach contacts per state — D2, D3, NAIA, and JUCO. Start free for 7 days, then $9/month.
The Reality
"You can't email a coach
you can't find."
For under-recruited athletes at D2, D3, NAIA, and JUCO programs, a 300-school target list can take 20–40 hours of copy-paste — and you still might not have verified emails and phone numbers.
Recruiting services charge $2,000–$7,000 and blast coaches from a platform. You deserve a fair shot at running your own outreach — from your own email address.
ScoutAssistPro is the searchable coach contact database built for that outreach.

FAQ
Common questions
- How current are the coach contacts?
- Coach contacts are verified and refreshed monthly. We check staff directories and update names, emails, and phone numbers so you are not emailing coaches who have moved on.
- Which sports are covered?
- Football, basketball, baseball, soccer, volleyball, softball, tennis, lacrosse, swimming, track and field, wrestling, golf, cross country, field hockey, ice hockey, and rowing — filterable by sport, division, and state.
- How is this different from NCSA or SportsRecruits?
- ScoutAssistPro is a coach contact database — not a recruiting service. You get verified emails and phone numbers for $9/month and reach out from your own address. No sales calls, no $2,000–$7,000 packages, no platform middleman.
- Can I try it before paying?
- Yes. Start a 7-day free trial with a card. During the trial you can search everything and reveal up to 25 coach contacts. Cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing, or unlock everything early from your dashboard.
- Can I export the contacts?
- On a paid plan, yes: export your filtered list to CSV, and copy any coach email or phone. Export unlocks with a paid plan, so it is not available during the free trial.
- What is the Founding Family plan?
- Our first 100 families can join for $49/year instead of $79, and that price stays locked for as long as the subscription stays active. It is charged right away (no trial). The homepage and pricing page show how many spots are left.
- Who built ScoutAssistPro?
- ScoutAssistPro was built by Ajayi Agbebaku Jr., a parent who wanted families to have a simple, affordable way to find verified college coach contacts — without a $2,000–$7,000 recruiting package. See the About page for more.
- What if my sport is not listed?
- Contact us and we will confirm coverage for your sport. We are adding sports as we expand the database.
- How do I cancel?
- Cancel anytime with Manage billing on your dashboard. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
